BEATRICE SEGONI

She is one of the most celebrated chefs in Florence. Beatrice Segoni, Florentine by adoption, was born and raised in the Marche region, the flavors of which often sneak into her recipes. A former student of the great chef Gianfranco Vissani, she is also the spokesperson of simplicity and of a cuisine that opens the senses without confusing them. In this way, Beatrice combines Italian flavors with ease and elegance, leading the customer on a journey of the senses through sight, smell, and taste.
