Our chef of Marche origin, with a strong respect for the traditional Italian, has landed in the Florentine scene for years now. Student of masters such as Martin Berasategui, Mauro Uliassi and Beatrice Segoni, he strongly believes in a cuisine with a concrete taste that reaches the customer's palate, without distorting the high quality raw material that is the protagonist in his kitchen. In this way Marco brings balanced and distinct flavors to the table, retracing an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
